Department: Technical Marketing Department

Responsibilities:

1.Predict and control the important risk according to daily work, revise or negotiate the after sales agreement or contract
2.Perform onsite Plant visiting,organise the investigation onsite.
3.Simply deal with the common cases, direct operator to close the claim/complaints
4.Monitor and trace the important or high value cases, make technical report and close documentation
5.Measue the customer satification, supervise the internal improvement.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in technology or engineering major is preferred,familar with PV modules,english level CET4 or above,strong oral and written communication skills,strong customer service mindset,willingness and ability to travel 60% of the time.taller than 168mm, male with related experience is preferred.
