Responsibilities:

1.To fulfil the requirement of Regulation 404, complete the undertaking,signature and implementation of the related workflow sheets
2.Deal with the replacement, refund, comfirmation of the specification and other information of spare modules.
3.Deal with the returned replaced module to warehouse, coordinate QA to analysis and judgement, transport modules
4.Deliver the replaced modules to Module company, conduct the procedure, comfirm the cost and send spare module
5.According to the <application system after sales maintenance procedure>, edit, signature and refund and so on
6.Supervise, make up,sumarize,record and document the whole after sales customer service events

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business major is preferred,good english,strong oral and written communication skills,strong customer service mindset,willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time.with related experience is preferred.
